My personal weight loss and health restoration journey, which I began in 2009, led me to pursue an education in nutrition with specialty in weight loss, eating disorder and psychological mindset during weight loss journey.

After healing myself from an eating disorder along with anxiety, depression, low hemoglobin, gastritis, gall bladder stones, low self-esteem and achieving my weight loss goal, I developed a special interest in natural health with emphasis on digestive health, cleansing and detoxification, liver, gallbladder and bile function.

Research and studies in these areas lead me to discover the benefits of Colon Hydrotherapy which helped me immensely with my own healing. This is when I decided to train professionally and fully engage to practice hydrotherapy, and to help people through this treatment with ease and comfort.

Since 2018 I have been practicing locally and interracially with a focus on helping people become healthy and happy. As of January 2022, I chose to dedicate myself to a full-time colon hydrotherapy service provider and to continue my education in holistic medicine and to obtain an international diploma.

Through years of practice I have learned that one of the most important components of our health is self-acceptance, body love and gratitude. I strongly believe that our health consists of three facets that are very important and inseparable from each other:

  1. The body is our concrete ground block that needs our best effort to keep it strong and healthy. Healthy organs, bones, strong muscles are the structure of the human body.
  2. Biochemistry is the chemical processes that take place in the body. For this facet, hormonal balance is important as well as quality of food.
  3. Mindset and emotions.
